Product Overview

Ball Mill:
A widely used grinding equipment in various industrial fields, primarily for crushing and mixing materials. The ball mill works by placing materials into a rotating cylinder filled with grinding media (usually steel balls, steel rods, or ceramic balls). As the cylinder rotates, the grinding media collide and rub against the material, achieving the purpose of pulverizing the material.

Working Principle:
The working principle of the ball mill is relatively simple. It is driven by a motor through a reducer, which in turn drives the cylinder to rotate. The materials and grinding media inside the cylinder rise with the rotation of the cylinder. When they reach a certain height, they fall due to gravity, forming the throwing and impact of the material, thus achieving the crushing of the material.

Types:
Based on its usage and structural characteristics, the ball mill can be divided into several types, including:
Dry Ball Mill: Suitable for grinding dry materials.
Wet Ball Mill: Suitable for grinding processes that require the addition of water or other liquids.
Overflow Ball Mill: Materials are discharged through the overflow port at the bottom of the cylinder.
Grate Ball Mill: Materials are discharged through the grate plate at the bottom of the cylinder.
Tube Ball Mill: The cylinder is tube-shaped, suitable for long-distance material transportation.

Application Fields:
Ball mills are widely used in mining, building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, electricity, and many other industries for grinding various hardness materials and other substances.

Product Details

The GM series rolling bearing ball mill is a new type of models improved on the basis of old fashioned. Here shows the features as below: 
1.Large diameter double row selfaligning roller bearing are adopted instead of the original sliding bering for main bearing, reducing the friction and energy consumption and making the mill start easily.
2.It maintains the end cover structure of common mill, with largecaliber feeding and discharging holes, which realizes large processing capacity.
3.By adopting the whole frame,the installation accuracy is high,civil engineering and installation become simple and convenient with a short cycle.
4.By adopting drum feeder instead of combined feeder,there is no inertial impact.Thus,the mill runs stably,the maintenance downtime is reduced and the efficiency is improved.

Remark
While making selection,please specify the rotating direction and discharging way of  the ball mill.In addition,the bearing type can be changed according to user's requirements.
