Vibrating screens are widely used in industrial production for the classification of materials by particle size through vibration. The working principle of a vibrating screen is to use the vibration force generated by the eccentric blocks driven by an electric motor to create reciprocating or rotational vibration on the screen surface. The material on the screen surface is subjected to the vibration force, thereby achieving stratification and screening of the material.
The working principle of a vibrating screen is based on mechanical vibration. The material on the screen surface is subjected to the vibration force, and the fine particles fall through the screen holes, while the coarse particles remain on the screen surface and are transported to the discharge end with the movement of the screen.
Vibrating screens are widely used in industries such as mining, building materials, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, etc., for screening, grading, removing impurities, dewatering, and other processes of various materials.
